Waivers and Permissions
Thank you for coming to our website to learn about our programs throughout Austin.
A signed and dated Waiver for Weekly Classes is required for a class visit/trial or when you enroll by phone at 419-7611.
A signed and dated Waiver for Camp is required when you enroll by phone at 419-7611.
Our online registration process includes all of the waiver items, so you do not have to print and complete a waiver when you register on line.
Pick Up Permission Letter for two classes at American Legion.
